At Fashion Express US, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 2 weeks of purchase date. Items must be in original package condition as when you receive it. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within 3 business days of receipt of merchandise. PLEASE CONTACT US FOR A RETURN LABEL. Before sealing return box, please have your name, contact info and item returning inside the box.
You will receive a refund for the full amount of the items purchased (shipping cost TO AND FROM customer will not be refunded). Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement.
Please note: Free shipping doesn't mean free shipping. Someone has to cover the cost. Therefore, we charge a $5 service fee for any return or exchange. Store return has no charge.
We provide exchange on item shipped mistaken, damaged or missing and customer must pay for any shipping cost if exchange is requested. Only refund or store credit is allowed.
